Staff present: Peggy Ammendola, Land Use Clerk, PA
Lance Vermeulen, 38 Church St., Map 43 Parcel 158, sign.
Presenting the application was Lance Vermeulen. He is a Realtor® who has offices in other Berkshire communities and wishes to open a new office in Lenox. The sign presented will be on the window and it falls below the 25% limit as per the Historic District Guidelines. JB made a motion to accept the sign is presented and JH seconded the motion. The Commission voted to agree 4-0.
*ES arrived after the conclusion of Mr. Vermeulen’s presentation.
Minutes:
· November 2, 2009-ES made a motion to approve the minutes as written and SS seconded the motion. The Commission voted to agree 3-0-2. JH and KF abstained as they were not at that meeting.
· December 1, 2009-JH made a motion to approve the minutes as written and JB seconded the motion. The Commission voted to agree 4-0-1. ES abstained as she was not at that meeting.
