CONSERVATION COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010 at 8:00pm on the subject of a Notice of Intent filed by MEC Lenox Associates Limited Partnership for property located at 489 Pittsfield-Lenox Road, Map 33 Parcel 4. The proposed project involves redevelopment of an existing shopping center, including construction of new retail space. Work is proposed in the Resource Areas Bordering Vegetated Wetland and Buffer Zone.
