The upstairs apartment here at the Center will be livable by January 1, 2017. Mike Sullivan, Jr. will be living here and will do Security and such. The apartment looks amazing and the set up with Mike being here will work out well.
Ice Ring is back at the Center- the grass has had a chance to shore-up and if the tarp comes up mid March it won’t hurt the new grass.
Heating System: Well the Center has HEAT! The system is up and running after a long process of 105 degree heat and water dripping down the walls. Nothing would regulate the heat….after a week they finally put in a $30.00 thermostat…..and now it is all regulated.
