The Lenox Council on Aging and The Lenox Community Center Summer Camp will be taking a trip to Tanglewood to watch the Boston Pops rehearse. Please join us for a relaxing morning on the lawn at Tanglewood. We will listen to music and enjoy each other’s company. Transportation, lawn chairs and refreshments provided. Summer Gentle Flow Yoga
Thursdays July 6th – August 31st (No Class August 10th)
5:30pm – 6:45pm.
$10 per Class.
Please Bring a Mat and Water Bottle.
Gentle Flow Yoga is an all level gentle flow class using breath, asana and meditation to explore and connect to our natural rhythms. The calming poses are blended with segments of simple, energizing strength building poses. This class is for practitioners of all ages and ability. Please join Delores Mannix, 200RYT and Founder of The Summit Center for Vibrant Living. She has been practicing yoga for most of her adult life under the guidance of many gifted teachers.

This is a beginner group with a fundamental
knowledge of the game. Come learn as you play!
