Notice is hereby given that at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday,~August 4, 2010 at the Lenox Town Hall, 6 Walker Street, Lenox, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hear the Petition of Holly A. Higgins concerning property located at 13 Bolton Drive (Map 41, Parcel 11). The property is in the R-15 zone.~ The Petitioner request a Special Permit~under Zoning Bylaw Sections 3.3.5 and 3.3.7 to remove and replace an existing garage and breezeway in the same footprint. The existing lot area and frontage meet the zoning bylaw requirements for the R-15 zone. However, the existing garage and breezeway are within the 35’ front yard and 20’side yard required in the R-15 zone. The existing garage and breezeway have an 18 +/- front yard setback and a 2’ side yard setback. Copies of the
application, plans and supporting materials are available for inspection at the office of the Lenox Town Clerk during regular business office hours.
