Notice is hereby given that at 7:15 pm on Wednesday, July 7, 2010, at the Lenox Town Hall at 6 Walker Street, Lenox, the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear the Petition of EnlightenNext, Inc., concerning property located at 4 Foxhollow Road (Map 1, Parcel 4). The property is in the R-1A Zone. The petitioner requests a modification of a Special Permit for exception under the provisions Section 5.2.4 (3). The Special Permit was granted in 1977. The petitioner proposes to replace a damaged sign. The new sign will be erected in the same location. The existing damaged sign is 16.12 square feet and the proposed replacement sign is 14.25 square feet. Copies of the application, plans and supporting materials are available for inspection at the office of the Lenox Town Clerk during regular
business office hours.
