Notice is hereby given that at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21, 2008, at the Lenox Town Hall at 6 Walker Street, Lenox, the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear the Petition of David K. Ferry, concerning property located at 91 East Street (Map 8, Parcel 57). The property is in the R-1A Zone. The Petitioners request a Variance from Section 8.4. to allow the reduction of the northern property line setback from the required 25 feet to 18 feet – six inches. The existing northern property line setback for the existing structure is 47 feet. Copies of the application, plans and supporting materials are available for inspection at the office of the Lenox Town Clerk during regular business office hours.
