Notice is hereby given that at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at the Lenox Town Hall at 6 Walker Street, Lenox, the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear the Petition of Greylock Federal Credit Union and Joseph Nejaime concerning property located at 444 Pittsfield Road (Map 50, Parcel 12). The Petitioners request a modification of the Special Permit granted on November 15, 2007. The petitioners seek to revise the existing light plan by removing three existing lights and installing additional lighting in the eastern portion of the parking area. Copies of the application, plans and supporting materials are available for inspection at the office of the Lenox Town Clerk during regular business office hours.
