The Lenox Ecumenical Food Pantry was begun in the mid 90's and has been operating ever since in the United Methodist Church of Lenox, 6 Holmes Road. Office telephone is 413-445-5918.
Hours of operation are Saturdays 10-11 a.m. for those in need.
Volunteers from the Lenox churches staff the Pantry each week. Food is donated by the town churches and local community groups. Each week the Lenox Price Chopper donates baked goods and Guido's donates fresh produce.
Non perishable food donations may be left at the United Methodist Church of Lenox , and monetary donations for the purchase of needed food items may be sent to the church office at above address.
The community cares deeply about one another, and it shows by the generous support.
