Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear the petition of Neal Carpenter for the property at 170 Hubbard Street (Map 45, Parcel 38-1) which lies in the Residential “R1A” zone at 8:30 PM on June 7, 2017 at the Lenox Town Hall, 6 Walker Street, Lenox.
The petitioner seeks a Special Permit for a pre-existing, non-conforming Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) under Section 5.3 and Section 9.2 of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw.
Copies of the petition and supporting materials are available for review at the office of the Lenox Town Clerk during regular business office hours, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
