Facility Use Form Required
Effective April 1st, 2010
The Lenox Community Center is now requiring that a Facility Use Form be filled out for usage of Tillotson, Orebed, and War Memorial parks. Facility Use Forms can be picked up at the center between 9-4pm Monday-Friday. Organizations will be required to show proof of insurance and may be required to provide a Portable Restroom depending on short or long term usage as well as pay a fee.
If an organization shows up to use one of the fields without permission they will be asked to leave. We will make every effort to try and accommodate all, as best we can. Any questions please contact Kim Graham Director, LCC. (413) 637-5530
