Community Preservation Committee
Notice is hereby given that at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 8, 2010, at the Town Hall at 6 Walker Street, the Community Preservation Committee (CPC) will conduct a public informational hearing in accordance with MGL Chapter 44B: Section 5 (b)(1) on the needs, possibilities and resources for community preservation projects. Any person interested, or wishing to be heard, should appear at the time and place designated. If unable to attend please submit comments in writing to the Community Preservation Committee, 6 Walker Street, Lenox, MA 01240. Copies of the Community Preservation Committee Plan and FY 2011 applications are available for inspection at the office of the Lenox Town Clerk during regular business office hours.
