Notice is hereby given that at 7:30 p.m.on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at the Lenox Town Hall, 6 Walker Street, Lenox, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hear the Petition of Jonathan Molk and Christine Bellino concerning property located at 86 East Dugway Road (Map 17, Parcel 49). The property is in the R-1A zone. The Petitioners request a Special Permit~under Zoning Bylaw Sections 3.3.5 and 3.3.7 to demolish an existing single family residential structure and the associated accessory attached deck and detached garage, and reconstruct a new single family residential structure that is outside the footprint of the existing structures. The existing lot is .93 of an acre with 146.99 feet of frontage. The Zoning Bylaw requirement is 1 acre with 150 feet of frontage. The existing house does not meet the Zoning
Bylaw requirements for width at the building setback line or the street line setback. The proposed new structure will comply with all Zoning Bylaw setback requirements. Copies of the application, plans and supporting materials are available for inspection at the office of the Lenox Town Clerk during regular business office hours.
