CONSERVATION COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at 7:45 p.m. on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by the Town of Lenox for property located at West Mountain Rd., Map 21 Parcel 1. The proposed project is to replace an existing flexible pond leveler device with a new device to control the water level behind beaver dam.
