CONSERVATION COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at 7:45 p.m. on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by the Town of Lenox for property located at Laurel Lake Rd., Map 1 Parcel 5. The proposed project is to install a flexible pond leveler device to control the water level behind beaver dam.
