CONSERVATION COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Craig Kirby for property located at 76 Dunmore Ct., Map 8 Parcel 6-48. The proposed project is for the construction of a 12 foot by 16 foot deck. Work will be within the 100 foot buffer.
