Notice is hereby given that at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2009, at Town Hall – 6 Walker Street, Lenox, the Planning Board will consider the Petition of John and Michelle Tran concerning property at 274 Pittsfield Road (Assessors Map 27, Parcel 75) and located in the C3A zone. Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 16 of the Massachusetts General Laws, the petition seeks the consent of the Planning Board to allow the resubmission of applications for a Special Permit and Variance for the construction of an attached garage which applications were denied by the Zoning Board of Appeals on May 14, 2009. The petitioners’ revised proposal includes the construction of the attached garage in a different location on the subject property. Copies of the letter to the Planning Board
and supporting materials are available for inspection at the office of the Lenox Town Clerk during regular business office hours.
