Originally scheduled for September 19, 2007, but screening plan, the purpose of the review, was not available. Postponed at the October 17, 2007 meeting because the project is still in the state of construction.

Originally the petition was filed for modification of Special Permit and the hearing was scheduled for Feb. 6, 2008. Due to inclement weather on Feb.6, that hearing is continued to March 19, 2008. 7:00 p.m. Ethylwynde, Yokun Avenue, Map 12 Parcels 2 & 2-1, Review of Decisions regarding petition filed April 11, 2006, Public Hearing May 3, 2006, continued to May 31, 2006. Decision meeting May 31, 2006. There was a review meeting on Nov. 1, 2006, but was continued to 05/02/07. This Decision has been appealed therefore continued from May 2, 2007 and November 7, 2007.
